Colin Quay began working with our daughter when she was a freshman in high school. She is a softball pitcher and Colin’s overall strength and conditioning program was perfectly tailored to her needs. She had a great high school career, and the accolades and success have continued in college where she was the conference freshman of the year in the toughest Division 1 conference in the country. We attribute a lot of her success to Colin Quay and E.A.T.S., and would recommend E.A.T.S. to anyone, particularly young athletes.

All three of my kids work out with EATS/Colin Quay. My oldest, who just finished college and will be working on her MS in PT or OT, a Soph at Vanderbilt playing D1 lacrosse and a Jr. at Good Counsel playing football have all dramatically improved their strength, speed and endurance with EATS. I would highly recommend EATS to any athlete looking to improve, prepare for their sport or just getting into shape. I have just recommend EATS to a friend who is having a standout year as the starting safety at OK State so he can prepare for the NFL combine.

The E.A.T.S. Team provided our players with the highest level of training that prepared them physically and mentally for the season. Because of the work the E.A.T.S staff provided we entered the season ready to go and were able to spend more time coaching fundamentals and team rather than conditioning. More importantly than conditioning our player’s bodies the E.A.T.S. staff conditioned tem mentality as well. Always preaching the “Never be Satisfied” motto, our players bought into this and it carried them to Ravens Stadium and the 2010 4A State Championship! A big part of our success is owed to Colin Quay and the E.A.T.S. staff that worked with our players this summer.

For the past several years many of our players have been involved in individual training with E.A.T.S. In addition E.A.T.S. has organized and coached team workouts two nights a week throughout the summer. We believe this has been a significant reason for our team success which this year included a 14 – 0 record and the 4A 2008 State Championship. I recommend that all coaches and players get involved with the E.A.T.S. year round program, and I believe you will be happy with your team’s progress.

If you are looking for high intensity training for your athletes, ‘Elite Athlete Training Systems’ is the best company around. I have been working with them for the past 10 years and I’ve watched them inspire and challenge my athletes and push them to levels of excellence that they didn’t even know they could achieve. To get maximal increases in strength and athletic development E.A.T.S. is a great resource to use.

Colin Quay at EATS has played a very important role in the athletic development of our two young tennis players (MS & HS Level). He has customized a program that has tremendously helped them in becoming stronger, faster, more flexible and healthier. He not only makes all of the workouts fun but he also keeps a very good intensity level. We can clearly see the improved performance for both the kids.

Elite Athletic Training Services (EATS) has been instrumental in training our 3 boys over the past 6-7 years. It has helped them tremendously in their wrestling careers. The trainers are knowledgeable and work great with the kids. Colin has become a mentor and friend over the years. It doesn’t matter what sport the kids are into, the overall training has helped them develop and become stronger, which is great for their self esteem (and health).

My son has really come to enjoy his work outs thank you Chris, and Colin does a great job of motivating me during my work outs. You guys are the best!

E.A.T.S. are the best training program around. Not only can I speak from personal experience, as they have raised my level of fitness, but the athletes and patients I have sent to go through their program has been nothing but positive. It is a perfect program not only for the elite athlete, but they also have programs tailored for the everyday individual to meet and exceed their goals for fitness and a healthier lifestyle. They are my number one referral for training programs.

The gains our players made were astounding. E.A.T.S. not only gave our team a physical advantage… it gave our team a huge mental advantage as well. Our players believed they could now physically dominate the fourth quarter.

Early last year I brought my son to E.A.T.S. to help him make the transition from youth club lacrosse to high school lacrosse. My husband joined a Real World Athletes morning class with Colin in December and by January Colin had convinced me to join as well. I was an athlete in the my younger days but in the last 10+ years I have spent my days at a desk and my evenings and weekends driving my kids to their sporting events. I lived a mostly sedentary life style and was overweight with many health issues, spending 20 days in the hospital in 2014. After the first class I was hooked! I felt no pressure or judgment but only encouragement when training with Colin and his amazing staff. After two months of training and following the meal plan and nutritional guidelines Colin developed for me, I was free of most of the symptoms that had hospitalized me the year before. I now attend classes three mornings a week and I have not only gained my health, but muscle strength, confidence and hours in my day that I would have slept through before I started training. I have started to see the athlete in me that got lost over the years and it is incredibly motivating. Thank you Colin for encouraging me each day and for reminding me how good it feels to be healthy and strong.

E.A.T.S. put me ahead of the curve when my team, WSUA’s NY Power, gathered for preseason training. Because of the work I was doing with E.A.T.S., I had greater endurance and quickly recovered from the rigor of two-a-day practices. Overall, E.A.T.S. increased my ability to compete at soccer’s highest level. I would recommend the E.A.T.S. training program to every upcoming female athlete who wants to reach and exceed their potential.

I started training with E.A.T.S when I was a freshman in high school. Without a doubt, these two helped me reach my full high school physical potential. This not only helped me build great confidence in myself, but helped me dominate on the football field. I was a two way starter at Damascus and became the MVP of our 2005 State Championship game, an All-Met Linebacker, and an All-State Linebacker. After my high school career, I attended the United States Military Academy. Even with the great training at West Point, every time I came home to Maryland, I trained with E.A.T.S. I knew there was no such thing as “days off” because E.A.T.S. taught me that there is always someone out there bigger, stronger, and faster than me, my only chance is to out work them. I was named the MVP of the 2010 Armed Forces Bowl because of these values E.A.T.S. taught me. I am now an Infantry Officer in the US Army, Ranger Qualified, Airborne Qualified, and earned my Expert Infantryman Badge. E.A.T.S. was with me through all my success.
