Colin Quay

Sports Performance Coach
Colin Quay, CCS, CSCS is regarded by his peers as one of the top strength and conditioning coaches in the area. His dedication, knowledge and creativity in the gym and on the practice field ensure that his athletes and clients continually make outstanding gains.

Nick Pham

Strength & Conditioning Coach
Nick Pham is an extremely talented coach who truly enjoys helping our athletes to move, feel and perform better. Nick graduated with degrees in both Health and Exercise Sciences as well as Nutrition and Wellness. He is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Tony Russo

Sports Performance Coach
Tony Russo is an 18 year veteran of the Performance Training Industry. He has had the opportunity to work with and be mentored by some of the industries best and brightest. His personal journey began as a youth athlete while his father pursued a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland (College Park).

Vince Gorgone

Vince’s philosophy aligns directly with that of the E.A.T.S. team’s, which is prepare the athlete with knowledge of how to control their body utilizing essential and sport specific movements.
