About Colin Quay

Colin Quay is regarded by his peers as one of the top strength and conditioning coaches in the area. His dedication, knowledge and creativity in the gym and on the practice field ensure that his athletes and clients continually make outstanding gains. He has had the privilege of training thousands of the area’s top High School, College, and Professional athletes. Colin has also spent several years under the tutelage of many of the top strength and conditioning experts in the world. Colin expects the best from his athletes because that’s what they get from him.

  • Graduated from Quince Orchard High School in 1997, where he played Football for 4 years.

  • Graduated from Western Maryland College (McDaniel College) in 2001 with a BS in Exercise Science and Kinesiology.

  • Was a member of the 1997 undefeated Conference Champion Football Team at Western Maryland College (McDaniel College).

  • Certified Conditioning Specialist with National Strength Professionals Association (NSPA).

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

  • SPARQ Certified Trainer- Nike’s Elite Training Program for Athletes.

  • Regional Director for SPARQ Junior Football Combine.

  • Under Armour C360 Trainer.

  • USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach.

  • Mentored under E.A.T.S. Founder Jason Hadeed as an Assistant Strength Coach.

  • Served as the Assistant Regional Director for Scout Camp Professional Football National Combines, an agency that provides standardized tests and evaluations for all of the professional football leagues.

  • Test proctor for National Strength Professionals Association (NSPA).

  • Strength and Conditioning Consultant for Many of the DC Metropolitan area’s High School Athletic Teams.
