I started training with E.A.T.S when I was a freshman in high school. Without a doubt, these two helped me reach my full high school physical potential. This not only helped me build great confidence in myself, but helped me dominate on the football field. I was a two way starter at Damascus and became the MVP of our 2005 State Championship game, an All-Met Linebacker, and an All-State Linebacker. After my high school career, I attended the United States Military Academy. Even with the great training at West Point, every time I came home to Maryland, I trained with E.A.T.S. I knew there was no such thing as “days off” because E.A.T.S. taught me that there is always someone out there bigger, stronger, and faster than me, my only chance is to out work them. I was named the MVP of the 2010 Armed Forces Bowl because of these values E.A.T.S. taught me. I am now an Infantry Officer in the US Army, Ranger Qualified, Airborne Qualified, and earned my Expert Infantryman Badge. E.A.T.S. was with me through all my success.
