Known for his dedication, expertise, and creativity both in the gym and on the practice field, Colin consistently helps his athletes and clients achieve exceptional results. Over the course of his career, he has had the privilege of training thousands of top high school, collegiate, and professional athletes.

Tony Russo

Sports Performance Coach
Tony Russo is a seasoned professional in the performance training industry with more than two decades of experience helping athletes and organizations reach their highest potential. His passion for performance and human development began in high school when his father pursued a degree in Kinesiology at the University of Maryland. That early exposure to the science of movement inspired Tony to pursue his own path in Exercise Science and Athletic Training at Western Maryland College (now McDaniel College).
